What might you study?
If it was good for Martin Luther, it is good for me. Please help me pay my hosting by buying me a beer.According to The Associated Press, Patterson said wives of seminary
students asked for the homemaking course which will focus on
hospitality in the home and teach women clothing and textile design,
nutrition and food preparation, and how to nurture and care for the
family.

This is kind of weird. I wouldn’t have a problem with it if women were allowed to study “for the ministry” in the seminary itself as well. I personally don’t subscribe to academic frameworks as the primary means of ministry preperation (or even the concept of “full time ministry” for that matter.) But if women want to take this course, why not? But, again, I could only say that with confidence if they were allowed to take ALL the course programs offered by the seminary. That’s probably not going to happen anytime soon…
